Історичні образи України в умовах війни крізь призму street art (на прикладі Запоріжжя)

Abstract

Розкрито проблематику побутування історико-культурних образів в сучасному українському суспільстві в умовах війни крізь призму аналізу стріт-арту як зразків візуальної культури на прикладі міста Запоріжжя. Розглянуто основні напрямки досліджень явища стріт-арту, зокрема, муралів, як інформаційних джерел та окреслено потенціал в галузі історичних студій проблем формування та функціонування візуальних образів в межах реалізації комеморативних практик та історичної політики України загалом. Ґрунтуючись на регіональному матеріалі, окреслено основні тематичні групи муралів, що репрезентовані в Запоріжжі та визначені їх історико-культурні та суспільно значущі акценти. The problem of the existence of historical and cultural images in modern Ukrainian society in the conditions of war is revealed from the perspective of the analysis of street art as examples of visual culture on the example of Zaporizhzhia city. The main directions of research into the phenomenon of street art in the academic environment of Ukraine, represented mostly by art studies studios, are highlighted. The range of historical developments of the thematic focus regarding visual culture is outlined and the insufficient level of development of the problem of street art samples as historical sources is noted. The high informational potential of murals as historical sources in the field of historical studies of the problems of the formation and functioning of visual images within the framework of the implementation of commemorative practices and the historical policy of Ukraine in general was noted. According to the results of the analysis of the complex of objects of visual art in the urban space of Zaporizhzhia, four conventional groups of street art objects were distinguished by a thematic principle: entertaining, social, patriotic and local historical. Based on regional material, a set of historical and cultural images represented in Zaporizhzhia by means of mural art is outlined. The forms of the presence of murals in the urban space of Zaporizhzhia and the transformation processes in representation (from murals to digital content) are outlined, as well as, in the conditions of war, the acquisition of new symbolic meanings by murals, such as the local identification of forcibly displaced persons. A hypothesis is presented regarding the correspondence of the thematic focus of the murals of Zaporizhzhia with accents in the socio- political and historical-cultural sections regarding the identification of memory points in the general historical context of Ukraine – princely era, the Cossacks, the Ukrainian Revolution, which dominate the plot set of the murals.
