Європейські стратегії розвитку медичної освіти: досвід для України

Abstract

Статтю присвячено вивченню європейського досвіду розвитку медичної освіти з метою його імплементації в Україні. Метою дослідження є аналіз стратегій розвитку медичної освіти країн ЄС з метою застосування цього досвіду в українських закладах вищої освіти. Зазначається, що інтегрованість медичної освіти в європейський простір передбачає відповідність методів і змісту навчання потребам сучасного світу, взаємозв’язок та взаємовплив соціально‐гуманітарних дисциплін для формування особистості за допомогою міжпредметної інтеграції. Встановлено, що серед основних тенденцій медичної освіти в ЄС важливе місце сьогодні посідає онлайн‐ освіта. Також у сучасних реаліях трендами освіти в країнах ЄС стали: mega universities, borderless networks of universities, Open Education та Open Virtual mobility. Цікавим у практиці вітчизняних медичних закладів вищої освіти може стати досвід використання симуляційних технологій. The article is devoted to the study of the European experience in the development of medical education for the purpose of its implementation to improve the system of medical education in Ukraine. The purpose of the study is to analyze the development strategies of medical education in EU countries with the aim of using this experience for Ukraine. It is noted that the integration of medical education into the European space implies the conformity of the methods and content of education to the needs of the modern world, the relationship and mutual influence of social and humanitarian disciplines for the formation of personality through interdisciplinary integration. In particular, this includes the selection of problem tasks and arguments that require creative thinking and intellectual effort combined with knowledge. It has been established that among the main trends of medical education in the EU today, online education occupies an important place. Online medical education is becoming increasingly popular and is being used to educate students, improve the skills of doctors and pharmacists, and provide access to medical knowledge to other healthcare professionals. In today's realities, the trends in education in the EU countries have become: mega universities, borderless networks of universities, Open Education and Open Virtual mobility. The experience of using simulation technologies, which are already quite widely used in the EU countries, and only recently started to be used by some universities, can be interesting in the practice of domestic medical institutions of higher education. It is noted that the use of innovative technologies in the implementation of the educational trajectory of training a specialist is aimed at the formation of potential knowledge, practical orientation and interdisciplinary training programs. However, there are a number of challenges for the effective implementation of this approach in Ukraine. Among them is the need to change the pedagogical thinking of teachers, the transition from a traditional to an innovative approach, ensuring access to the necessary information resources and solving organizational issues.
